The conference centre of Summit Hotel in Gaeta is a large and modern institution created with the target to offer appropriate venue for congresses and meetings in the central part of Italy.
On the area of 1000 sqm there are created 8 permanent meeting-rooms with a following capacity of each: 250-150 - 80 - 60 - 30 – 8 people per room. In general there can be hosted 378 people in total.
The Congress Centre offers, through his technical and electronically equipment, a various assistance to all kind of events: for videoconferences, audiovisual and electronically supports for meetings and information systems which enable to organise a different occasions.
The entire structure is constantly observed and controlled by the responsible control-room, which assure the perfect functioning of electronic, security and ear condition systems.
Additional to the permanent conference-areas there is a possibility to create the other meeting-rooms concerning the individual needs.
