The congress center of the Summit Hotel is a modern and equipped structure, perfect for organizing impeccable meetings and professional events.
The 8 permanent rooms of different sizes, side by side with meeting rooms with modular structures, allow you to choose the most suitable location to meet your every need.
The logistical and technological supports present in each room make it possible to create video conferences and to have audiovisual and electronic supports available.
On request, it is possible to have constant monitoring by the control room which will guarantee you the correct functioning of the electrical and electronic safety systems, and the right temperature necessary for the perfect success of the event.
In addition, 8 permanent rooms have been created on an area of 1,000 m2 , with a capacity of 250 – 150 – 80 – 60 – 30 – 8, for a total accommodation capacity of 378 seats .
The Congress Center is able to provide logistical and technological supports for all types of users: videoconferencing, audiovisual media and electronic and an information system, which allows perfect credit management.
The whole structure is constantly monitored by a Control Room which verifies the functioning of the electrical and electronic security and air conditioning systems of the Center.
The permanent rooms can be joined by meeting rooms with modular structures .
