A carousel of sweet and savory tastes, where the typical Gaetan breakfast with bread and tomatoes of the veggie garden and ricotta with anchovies, toasted bread, freshly picked mulberries and local strawberries is never lacking. In partnership with ‘’Campagna Amica’’, we select for our guests the agri-food excellences and the best first-fruits of small producers, farmers and local fishermen.

SEASIDE BREAKFAST
During the long mediterranean summer our guests’ breakfast is served at the Summit Cafè, to start the day in the best way with the sweet melody of the sea in the background.
