Gaeta, ‘’The City of the 100 churches’’, lies at the foothills of the Mount Orlando, a holiday destination since ancient times, for its natural beauties and for its strong calling for hospitality.
The historic centre of Gaeta, dominated by the majestic Angou Aragon Castle, is an open air museum.

Inside the protected area of the regional park of the riviera of Ulysses, on Mount Orlando, the sanctuary of the Holy Trinity dominates a stretch of sea declared Blue Oasis. In the area of the sanctuary The Grotto of the Turk and the rift in the rock, called ‘’Montagna Spaccata’’ (Split Mountain), offer a striking and unique spectacle.

On the remains of the imperial residence, in the sixties, the archeological museum of Sperlonga rose, it holds the artifacts of the statues that decorated the gardens and the ‘’Antro del Ciclope’’. A true odyssey of marble that tells the myth of Ulysses in the ancient art.
